Cancellation policy
Any experience purchased can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and will be fully refunded only after funds are cleared with Cape Ascents bankers.
* Please note: Cancellations within 72 hours of trip date will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your experience up to 72 hours before beforehand to a mutual suitable date and time.
Weather
Cape Ascents will make every effort to continue with your experience as scheduled. Should bad weather conditions create an unsafe scenario, the guide will cancel the experience.
Should this happen Cape Ascents will provide a full refund if the experience cannot be rescheduled to another mutual suitable date.
